Located in the heart of Tromsø offers our guest a informal dining experience of Japanese Robatayaki (炉端焼き, literally “fireside-cooking”), often shortened to just robata, it refers to a method of cooking, similar to barbecue, in which items of food on skewers are grilled over a open robata charcoal grill. Our Josper robata grill offers authentic flavour from the east with local sourced seafood and meat.
